1. Your name and proof of purchase.
2. A brief explanation of why the product did not work for your venue.
We review every request personally. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval.
Refund requests submitted after 30 days of purchase will not be considered. As this is a digital product, we ask that refund requests include a genuine reason — this helps us improve the product for future customers.
